I would like to start by saying Maria in sales is amazing. Very polite and made this process very easy and simple . She awnsered all my questions , concerns and even things I ain’t even think to ask . Matt in finances can get you what u need . He took just about maybe a hour to finalize my deal even got my payment down lower then first stated . He was straightforward with the process and got me out as a happy camper. Lastly Brian the owner truly for the people . Willing to help where he can and also very much apart of the process made me feel more comfortable to know he cared enough to see it through till the end . I wouldn’t look too much into these negative reviews . I would say to go there yourself and see how great they are and what they can do for you . I gotta admit they almost stopped me from going but I can see I’m happy I decided to have my own mind cuz I found a fantastic car … THANKS AMERICAN AUTO GROUP !!!!!!!

This place was recommended to me by my bank where i had financed my vehicles before. I was needing an update to my 2009 vehicle that i had for almost 6 years. My bank sent my info to this dealership and Matt contacted me and told me, i got you a car. I was so happy specially after going to 2 dealers prior to his call and them asking for high down payments... Matt and Michelle helped me and didnt make me waist my time driving from PA to NJ at all. I walked out with my update, a 2017 vehicle. Thank you so so much!!!! **People you got to understand, when you walk to a used car dealership that you are buying a used car so it will obviously come with some problems or issues. The good thing of this place is that they have their own mechanic (Michael amazing guy too!!) Plus you get warranty so whatever you feel o see wrong let them know respectfully, and they will help you like they did with me 😊🙏. Communication is the key!!!! For me it's better buy a used car in a dealer that offers me warranty, then buying a car cash on the streets with no warranty, plus now i would've to come up with the money to fix all those problems that a used car will bring so, pick your battles wisely!!!!

They went above and beyond with my purchase no force in buying made sure I was happy with my purchase I would recommend then to anyone was there when a previous client came in with a problem the one gentleman said take it to the shop with no hesitation no passing the buck I respected that thanks again

I wish i could give this company a million stars, my experience there was top tier, when I arrived I was greeted by Michelle, she was kind, knowledgeable, and just an over all made my experience painless, between her and Michael, all the nerves and doubt that comes with buying a new car was eased and I thank them for that❤️

The team at American Auto Group was very nice and helped us with our purchase with our second family vehicle. Matt, Michelle and Michael were very kind and welcoming to my family and my two year old. They answered all my questions. My favorite part of the car buying experience is that they did not bombard us in the lot and allowed us time to look and talk it over as a family in privacy and did not give us the feeling of "we have to buy today". Great experience.

I purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra it had a couple of issues but it's a 2018 so it's understandable when I took it to the dealership and told them about the problems they were very helpful trying to resolve them a good place to buy a car the people there are nice
